Try this again. Here is the Compadre Headphone wader I put together and recently parted with on ebay. A lot of fun and rainproof.

6mnths later and My personal unit is still going strong and has landed me a nice assortment of jewelry and coins. Love this thing

This is a really nice setup. I like it alot and may try to copy it at some point.
Thanks for sharing.

Are the knobs on tesoros hardwired right to the board or is there a stretch of wire so the knobs can be positioned anywhere on the headphones? Thanks

Pot is on leads.

The switch is attached to the board, Remove the knob via the allen wrench set screw.

Make a small hole on the side of the headphone and one in the bottom for the coil cable.

Slip it in place. install the washer and nutt. slide on some silicone in behind the hole .

reinstall the knob , I used the older VINTAGE. radio headphones. AM/FM . rADIO COMPONENTS ON ONESIDE AND 9VLT BATTERY ON THE OTHER.

simply removed the radio internals except the battery and speaker.. snip, snip. some minor soldering and silicone sealing .
