Compadre Modifications (Non-Traditional)

I've read posts about water-proofing the Compadre, about modifying it to accept more than one coil and about modifying (adjusting) the GB and SEN pots. Have any of you modified your Compadre's in other ways (either operationally or cosmetically)? If so, please share.
 
I taped a 4 leaf clover to the side of most of my detectors...The Compadre included.
You might laugh, but mine cost me $130 used from Skiwhiz, and just using it part time it has found about 10X's that amount in silver, gold and clad.
You might also say this is cosmetic, but I prefer to think it is more about insuring good luck and an important upgrade.

The 4 leaf clover probably doesn't hurt but I put a little bit of SkiWhiz magic in every Tesoro I sell ;).

Absolutely no argument on this point from me!
 
I have decided to not modify it , at all its fine as is but i would like to modify a Tiger shark into a lightweight housing with interchangeable coils, and a headphone jack,

I just back with my Tiger Shark and I gotta agree with Gunnar, that mod would make one sweet machine!
