Compadre mod

i was in the shed and thought hay lets do a mod on the Compadre its now wireless.. the transmitter is fm .$15.00 at wall mart the adjustable volume from the radio shack $10.00 the wireless headphones are just fm radio phones i think give $10.00 for them . how does it work ..great no loss in depth you can use all fm radios or use 1/4 or 1/8 headphones .what you think

Looks good, I like how you routed the cable and the fm transmitter has some distance from the control box. The fm transmitter route will probably work better in rural areas with not a lot of fm radio stations.

the radio transmitter has 20 fm stations.on it to pick from and i used velcro to mount it works great

thanks about 1 hr work if that now if this d%$ snow would go away ps you half to keep the volume down or you will overdrive the transmitter the way i have it now i still get 8 1/2" on a quarter in air test

The transmitter in picture #2 is the one I use for transmitting a audio signal from my computer to the High-Fi, so I can listen at a higher volume anywhere in the house.

Uses 2 AAA batteries & lasts 12 + hours (+ is very lite)

Good to know the FM transmitter works on MDers to without interfirance. I'll have to get a AM/FM radio headset & try it out.

Here's my headphone compadre mod, Still going strong with 9x8 concentric coil . It's killer on jewelry and small earrings n chains.

thats a good looking rig i like that coil .. i plane on putting a panel mount on mine so i can change coils at some point
