Compadre and me #20

Went out early today to see if I could beat the tot lot guy. He was already there but look what I found that he passed up. I am not going to tell him how he missed all these good targets. It is clear to me and I say keep missing those targets. I will keep following you and digging up the missed ones. Appreciated and thanks.
I am beginning to see why Tabdog was so excited about using the Compadre. It is one heck of a machine to swing. Thanks for looking in ......Z

Nice going! What detector is the guy that you're following behind swinging?

tabman

Tabman I have no idea. I have never seen the person. But he leaves his holes and the trash behind. He digs places and leaves quarters, dimes and nickles. Especially nickles next to his holes. He leaves all the pennies. Every time I go in a totlot and see signs of someone there I always say, I wonder how good he is? There is only a few times that a Mud has been there before me and I end up with 1 penny. Most times I am following a person that has no clue. I like that. Oh, today it must of been 2 of them working the site because I found most of the coins on one side of the totlot and only 3 coins on the other side. Your really doing wonders with those detectors of yours. ....Z

to cover something it takes a long time,

Yeah..it wasnt me for sure! Thank your lucky stars!...Thats a great hunt! I like that milled penny..
Mud

Hay Z, maybe that other guy did not turn his detector on. That sure does help... KEN. Ind

Gunnar it takes me a long time. I grid search totlots this is the only way I know of to get what other people leave. When I end up with 46 missed coins that is a good day for me.

Mud I am glad your on the other side of the lake. Make sure that you don't talk you wife into moving to greener grass on this side of the lake.:nono: We do have many sloppy and in a hurry guys detecting here. I am glad!!!!

Jeff Disc is @just below the I in iron. I was in a totlot. So it is easy to dig. I am not a fan of all metal. Just never got into it. After a hour or so of all metal I am ready to go home and take a nap.

Ken I could laugh at that but I just happen to know a guy who did that for about 1/2 and hour one time. Sure do know him. I had to get rid of my GTI1500 because it would shut off on me every time I stopped and talked to some one. (Not really)

Well the compadre is back in the box in the closet and working with the F70 again. I want to make sure it is working with all coils and in good shape. Thanks for reading and Happy Trails.....Z

I bet that other guy doesn't have a pointer,,, I've seen this before where a lot was missed and it usually was because they only had ther machine and didn't recheck the holes,,,,, he should be refilling his holes though because it could reflect on everyone who comes in behind him..
