Compadre 7" widescan

Most of the new ones that are offered for sale in dealers in the UK offer the 5.75'' Concentric coil,a few have the 7'' WS and also a few have the 8'' polo coil,once again as a general rule most are also hard wired.
Not sure if they are all setup the same way from the factory inside,but i did try a 7'' WS coil on my Compadre and did not notice any differance performance wise,so went back to using the 7'' Concentric coil,which i feel suits me much better on my roman/saxon trashy sites.

so they did make the widescan hardwired for the UK ? I haven't seen any for sale in the US , poles are painted all black.
wonder if anyone knows about the boards in these ?
anyway I bought one couldn't help myself
yeah I could have bought the coil but I just need another detector 
so yeah any internal info greatly appreciated !
