I have been away all week and keep checking the forum cause I'm jonesing to detect and you people are killing me. Get out there and find some stuff for me to look at.
Come on get off your asses.

Wheat penny's, Mercs , Roseys.
Even a memorial that you had to dig around roots or something hard to get it.

shortly Todd, I'm going to be posting the first in a series of dramatic looking professional photos I had taken of my crooked spoon collection.
The collection ranges from colonial era utensils all the way to modern day Oneida soup spoons and forks.

My manager says that a tour of the collection is in the works. at this time the cities and towns that will be visiting has not been completely ironed out but once it is I'll be posting the dates and locations.

It may not be exactly treasures I found today or yesterday but I'm sure it will quench your thirst for finding interesting artifacts of bygone eras

Been finding a pile lately but seem to be posting more on the "other" site. Guess I need to stop being lazy and drop em here too.

Bbeen a little too dry here in the Midwest to go after the deep stuff. Hoping to get some rain on Monday.

I was out planting a few apple trees today and on the high ground I had to use a hand axe to help dig the holes. Almost like concrete.

Been working the totlots and volleyball courts for easy digging but no luck.

I have some goodies to share Todd. I don't post here much but I post some of my finds on the club forum. Here are some of my finds from the last 4 hunts. A lot of interesting odds and ends but I do have two gold finds, my first 14K solid gold case watch and a 1966 class ring that I am trying to find the owner for. Lots of wheats and some silver too.

Nice finds guys!
