Color and Black and White in the same image

Using the Pen Tool in Photoshop CS you set points around the bouquet.
After you complete setting points you make a selection of the bouquet.
Copy the bouquet then convert the overall image to black and white and then paste the color bouquet over the original bouquet which is now in black and white.
