I found these at an old colonial site. What Is the eagal pin from what period. The other is some sort of belt buckel? Any help please.

Funny, but I think your two finds are about 200 years, or more, apart. The Eagle is the modern version (1904 to date) Great Seal of the United States. The shoe buckle is in incredible condition.
 
Great, Thank You fellas, here I thought it was a belt buckle. I found it in a wooded area where the Mohawk Indians use to roam.We have a lot history here.

I know it wouldn't take me long to mount that eagle on leather and make a belt buckle out of it. Old or not, good find.
 
The eagle pin is very thin and not durable. I think it must have been made for a shirt or coat. Looks like its made out of bronze.
