Colonial Buckle unearthed by my XT70!

Hello all!

I've not been this way much lately :-( Spending my time @ Tnet... but I was over here reading last night... and went out this am to a school from the early 1900's but had an unusual find... Tnet guys have confirmed this as a 1750-1790 Colonial Shoe Buckle... Imagine my surprise.... "HOLY SCHNIKEYS BATMAN!"
 
and the decades, maybe two centuries, it laid there just waiting for you to find the right spot, very nice find, John
