Windy with a chill factor at zero or below. Just down right nasty out there, but it's supposed to end in a couple of days or so. I'm sure itching to get out and spend some time coin popping. This has been a nasty winter here so far.

To me, metal detecting is supposed to be an enjoyable hobby. When it gets below freezing, it ceases to be fun. There will be enough warmer days coming to be able to go back out and dig. Was 18 degrees out today so I went on a hike along a creek. I came upon a jacket that had washed down in high water. I checked the pockets and there was $1.20 in change in it. Treasures come in the strangest places.
