Cold Whites

Guys have asked how cold can you get a Whites. Here is a picture from the slide show on Whites site. Jimmy packed it in dry ice to test for their Antarctica expedition. They did mod the batteries and wires but still. Check out the whole slide show.

Thanks for posting this , Rob. I have 2 good friends who are geologists, White's detectorists and hard-core meteorite enthusiasts. One of them, in fact, usually carries in one pocket various types of meteorites and in another pocket 4 ounces of gold nuggets. Did I say "hard-core'? hahah

I forwarded the contact info to both of them. Perhaps one or both of them will participate in the 2013 expedition.
