Hello!
Fisher Coinstrike and F-5 could someone that used those two be willing to share some info from his/hers field experience please.

Never had the F5. Have the C$, it goes deep in my mild soil most places. Quite heavy with the 10" coil. It ID's pretty good to about 7" then it starts to get jumpy. But all-in-all I like it and use it as my main detector, it kinda fits my personality. I run it at zero Threshold and 9 or 10 Sensitivity to get best depth. Gotta put a lot of hours into this detector to learn it . In corn fields and woods I use All Metal mode, it gives a wider detection path and goes a bit deeper too. Lower the Threshold down to about minus 30 if you hunt in mineralized soil. There is deeper detectors out there but the C$ is deep enough for an old timer like me.
