My first day at the beach and what a surprise. After searching the tideline for about an hour, the ring shows up. Surrounding area produced braclet, chain, etc. This thing never ceases to amaze me. Yes that is a jag. Third photo is 2nd day. I cannot believe my good fortune. 14kt gold ring.

How does your C$ handle the salt?

Do you remember the settings you were using and coil?

About how deep was the ring?

Thanks for sharing!

The settings I use on the beach are 99, 625, salt on, track off, avg off, and nothing notched. The ring seems to be a mixture of copper and silver, id at about 25 with a 925 mark inside the band. I am going to check out the stones, but probably CZ. I will let you know. I wish I had been more careful with the gold plated bracelet. ID was low like nickle, about 9. The ring was about 6 inches and almost at the low tide mark.
