Coinstrike --- Edge ????????

I've had the C$ for about three years now and love the crap out of this machine - this spring I bought a ID Edge for a backup and for the wife or son to use when they wanted to tag along. Here's my question - the few times I have used the Edge, it just doesn't seem to have the same amount of volume that my C$ has. My C$ can really "yelp" it out and has much more volume in pinpoint. Has anyone else who has used both units experienced this difference in volume???

PS: Edge volume set at V9 - even tried changing headsets - no difference.

I Have an edge and it is plenty load for me i use mine set at 9 also and turn down my headphones, I cant say on the coin strike as i don't own one , without the headphones i can hear the edge sound off well also you might have a bad speaker/headphone jack connection?

guess maybe I should call First Texas about it --- other than the volume problem, it seems to work okay - just doesn't seem to have much volume on the tones compared to my C$ and on pinpoint the volume is very weak even on numbers down to the 70's --- didn't know if that was normal for the Edge or not.
