coinstrike and id edge coil questions..please help :confused:

ok,heres the scoop ..i have the 5/8/10 inch coils for the coinstrike..if i get the adaptor thingy that sunray makes the 5 inch coil they sell work on the edge and coinstrike,will it work to allow my coinstrike coils i have to work on my edge?

Yes ,You can make an adaptor yourself for about 5$.

Maybe you could share with us where you are able to purchase the in-line and regular connector for the Sun Ray adaptor like we make so that you can make the adaptor for only $5.00? Since we buy in bulk and cost is over $5.00 ea. for both connectors individually, I would like to know your source so we can purchase them cheaper. Also, where are you purchasing the double shielded cable for the adaptor that we have custom made? And labor for cutting, stripping, tinning, soldering and assembly? Just curious.

I built my adapter two weeks after the Edge was released and at that no sold an adapter. I have a friend that has a security who orders from switch craft He got me two of each connector and sold them to me for 10$. I cut 7 in off my Coin Strike cable and installed the connector on the two open ends. I did the same for a friend. I may have bought an adaptor if one was available at a reasonable price. I do use the Sun Ray probe on my CZ'S and love it.
