Coin$trike target depth?

Is there a way to tell the depth of a target with the coin$trike? I didn't see anything mentioned in the owners manual or on the VHS tape that came with it. Thanks , CoinShooter-Craig

Graig, when using the pinpoint button, move the coil slowly left to right, up and down until you get the very highest number. The numbers run from 0 to 99. 99 should be on the surface. Each ten digit increment is about one inch. For instance if you get 90 number after centering the coil, the target is about an inch deep. If you get an 80 number, the target is about two inches deep. Any low number will be a deep target. A 20 number should be about 8 inches deep. It might seem a little backwards, but it is very accurate. Some people prefer a readout that gives inches, but once you get the feel for the C$, the number system will start to make sense. R.L.

Craig,

I am not sure if the manual has this, but it is in Bill Ladds write up on the C$

With sensitivity set at 10

95-99 = Surface
90 = 2 inches
70 = 4 inches
40 = 6 inches
10 = 8 inches

With sensitivity set at 5

80 = 2 inches
60 = 4 inches
30 = 6 inches
10 = 8 inches

Hope this helps

JC
