Coin Strike serial number

Oak

New member
Can you tell when a Coin Strike was manufactured by the serial number?

Thanks,

oak

probably......
In the past you could call Los banos & they could tell you. Who knows if you can now as they consider it an obsolete unit.
I could give you the serial number off mine & that might give you a good idea as mine was one of the first made......
HH,

your looking for a certain manufacture location, they all were manufactured in Los Banos. They may be doing some small assemble work in TX, but the main unit came from the CA. plant.

They are microprocessor controlled units so there is no adjustments needed in assemble.

The Coin Strike has got to be the best bargain in metal detectors out there. For $550., one can get a top of the line detector with a 5 year warranty. It will hold it's own against any of the new units.
