Hit the wooded area around the old school for 45 min. this morning before work. Got a good hit under a hemlock tree. Thought it was a can. Wow!
Walker 1917
Barber half 1892
Barber quarter 1906
Merc 1920
After my jaw hit the ground I almost hit it with the shovel. The coins were just below the leaves about and 1" down. After the Barber half I just picked them out with my hand.
Made my day.
Congrats on the nice pocket spill. Sure beats having to dig them one at a time. I've had numerous clad spills, but still waiting on my first silver spill. I do not count it as a spill unless it's 3 coins or more.
I know you did well with your Explorer, but man your Killen it was the E track congratulations you don't find that combination every day keep up the good hunts.
