coin roll

Huh?

I have seen several post around the forums of guys/gals doing coin roll hunting through the winter when they cant get out much. I also remember a few videos on youtube. Guys showing the silver coins they find etc.

I tried a bit of that, especially last winter. I found that out of ten rolls of pennys I would find one or two wheats. When I tried halves, I always ended up with $10 worth of Kennedy halves. I found a few 1950's and 1940's nickles. that's about it. I was fun to do but not really very profitable. And remember that the worst thing that happens is that you end up with a pocket full of change and some puzzled looks from the bank tellers.
