Coin roll hunting

My Dad's wife told me she had something I may be interested in. So when she walked out on the porch and handed me these babies I said yes I am. She works at a bank and when they broke open one roll it was full of mercury dimes. She split them with some others at her work. I could not believe they found a roll of mercury dimes.

Wow! Some kid raided poor old grandpas coin collection, and took rolls to the bank to have them swapped for paper dollars!

Yeah I would like to know how it got there. Probably a mistake thy didn't know they were in there probably.
