Coin or Token, No Picture

I found a coin or token I would like to know more about. I searched the internet but no help there, so I am hoping this forum can help. The coin is copper colored, 1 1/4" in diameter, in the center it says ONE PENNY, then there are two circles with wording. The first circle next to the edge says BLANCHARD CHAPTER No. 59, R.A.M. BAY CITY MICH.
The second circle in from the outside says CHARTERED, JAN 8. 1868
The opposite side of the coin has a hammer and chisel with the following capital letters H T W S S T K S

Thanks for any help given

Scroll down the list and you will see that R.A.M. could stand for Royal Arch Masons (York Rite). The asterick indicates that particular ground also had swords made with their initials.
