Coin mode - more .925 from the land of the rising rings

With the younger son today. Both of us using Ace 150's.
2.5 hours, got about the equivalent of US$10 in Japanese coins between us. I was digging all metal so filled up a bucket with trash. Near the end of the hunt he pulls out a nice thick silver ring. It was really looking like I would be without a ring today because we had to leave, so on the walk back across the beach to the car I said to him how about we try the coin mode and only stop for really loud signals. Good call (for my reputation anyway!) because out comes the Tiffany & Co., .925/18K ring and soon after the .925 one at the right of the pic. Cleaned them a little and put them all in the scanner for that, much better than what the camera can do.
Bottom right pic is of a small river flowing into the sea. Son wanted to jump down and take a look. Usually the sand is well covered in water but we had good low tides. Got one coin. Will have to try the Seahunter more through there in the future, no doubt some goodies are waiting.
mmmmm.......what else did we see today.......how about the little dog running across the beach wearing a warm looking jacket with 'LION' printed in big letters on it.......mmmm.....come to think of it, the owner looked a bit like that! <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D">

finding those rings. Maybe you can put them all together for a group shot. Kinda like ,here is my quarterly report of ring finds. HaHa. I have lost count but i know you three have a few. Have fun and good finds.
