OK, I'm stumped. Found this today and tried finding it's like but no luck. Looks like maybe Taj Majal on one side. 7/8
 
Take it to the local convenient store/gas station and ask the people who own it.
 
I'm not so sure that asking a Pakistani to ID an Indian coin is going to be very successful.

Hello sailorman it is a 1992 Egypt 10 Piastres. Not worth that much, but very neat find.
