That is a Cinco Centavos Coin. I am sure of it because I have many of them and I am not sure how old the one you found is since you didn't specify what the size of the coin is. Is it the size of a Nickel or is it some other size? Either way, it isn't worth anything. Just glad that I could help identify it for you. HH. James.
