Coiltek Joey

I looking for some feedback on the Joey coil. Has anyone used this coil and what are your impressions? I have a GT and I'm looking for some other coils for this detector. Can I still get a Sunray 8 inch Intruder? I don't want a 5 inch coil. Next, how about the Minelab 8 inch coil, how does it work for you guys. It's been 4 years since I swung a Sovereign and I had all the Sunray coils for my xs2apro and I loved them. Thanks, R.L. Johnson

My Opinion on coils may be different then others, but I like the Sun Ray coils for the Sovereign myself. The S-8 and the S12 coils are my favorite along with the new 10 inch Tornado coil that comes on the GT plus my old coin search I find was easy to learn the Sovereign with. I have tried both the Joey and the WOT on my Sovereigns and didn't like them as much as the S8 and the S12 coils. They may be OK for some for the area they are at, but to me I like my Sun Rays coils.
Now on the Explorer I do like my Joey coil and find I have been using it more than any other coil, but for the Sovereigns I like the S-8 and the S-12 coils.
