Depends on the amount and type of trash, smaller is better in extreme trash, but then you lose coverage.. the X8 does a good job as does the Joey.. but the X5 will seperate the best, with a bit less depth.. tough call if your asking which one I would have if I could only have one, but I suppose it would be the X8.. If the Joey was a bit more stable my vote would go to it....
