If you are talking about DD coils I have a 10X12 on mine and I love it.
I use this when I want to cover large areas and have confidence I am not missing much when I do even if I am moving a bit fast.
I found a 14k ring running around a large field swinging crazy once thanks to the speed of the Vaq and that coil.
My only problem is those stupid high tone pop tops rarely disc out anymore like they do with the standard concentric and sound pretty much exactly like quarters, but this is a problem with most DD coils.
Great coverage with that longer scanning field, it can also snake in between trash pretty good, too, but a little less sharp on the disc.

Thinking about this has me wondering.
On the Outlaw that you also might be interested in, there might be a chance that a DD coil on that one might handle this particular type of high tone trash a little better.
I don't really have a clue because I don't own one and have never tested this, but since the Outlaw does seem to have a a little more and sharper disc range in that extreme upper end this is definitely a possibility.
Inquireing minds want to know, so maybe Mike5853, GunnarMn or another owner can chime in here and tell us what they think.
