Wheres the best to buy coils in Australia and whats the best one to get. Anyone ever looked at making their own coil. I had a dicksmith electronic metal detector kit that I made, not that i got it to work but it was interesting, how hard would an Explorer coil be.?? anyone had any ideas?
 
Sounds like a Great way to blow up a thousand dollar detector. I think I would leave the coil construction to a professional technician.
