Most of our BH detectors came with the stock 7" closed waterproof coil, or the 8" open waterproof coil, with the exception of the two Rangers that come with the 4" coil. Why not put a 4" coil on our detectors to zero in on the gold. The Rangers show coin depth at 12" and large objects at 6", any reason why this would not work?

i bought a couple of 4" coils for the several bh's i got they work great in trash areas,, especially around the soccer fields
