I have the Eclipse 5.3 and the 9.5 concentric along with the standard DD10. I was wondering if anyone uses the 6x10 DD and or the 4x6 DD.
Im thinking of purchasing them. It seems my older coils that I use with the DFX are not compatible with the V3

I'm anxious to try the 6X10 and have not heard of anyone else using it yet, it was one of my favorites with the DFX. I know some are using the 4X6 and haven't heard anything bad.

I have the 4x6. It is quieter than the D2 but not as deep, however most places I hunt it is deep enough... it is small though. I have the 5.3 coming. If I like it I may buy a 950. I am used to DD coils. I have tried a friends 950 coil a couple of times but I just don't have confidence in it. Maybe I should try it more to see if I get used to it.
The V3 is my first Whites machine and it is taking me some time to get comfortable with it. I don't really care for the D2 coil but I use it. It seems to false more than it should. The 4x6 falses less, IMO.

I tried the 6x10 from my MXT on the Spectra and it worked pretty well. I didn't try it with the transmit boost but the 6x10 ran smooth and got about the same depth it did on the MXT. I"ve only tried two coils from my MXT on the Spectra. The 6x10 worked well and the 5.3 didn't. It did not work good unless I ran the Spectra in the 2.4 or 7khz frequency.
