coil question

The coil on my dual field floats. It's a pita so I don"t use it in the water. Is this coil neutral buoyant or negative buoyant?

I believe that its very slightly negative. I dont have any problems of it floating. If you drop the detector, the entire thing will sink FYI.

I agree....as a water hunter it stays on the bottom well.

The stock equinox coil gives me no impression of floating. No issue to glue it to the bottom.
