Coil Question

I bought the 10in.DD 7.5kz Coil for beach hunting in Florida. I only make it down there once a year. Did I make the right choice?

Good depth and an ideal multi-use coil frequency makes it ideal. I think you did fine.
Seems a shame you can only hunt once a year. Just remember to take your batteries out during the periods you aren't using your detector so they don't leak.

I hunt up here in Indiana in the parks the rest of the time with the stock coil. I also have the 6"DD 18.75 Coil and will have the 5" X 10" 18.75DD for when I go gold hunting on vacation in North Carolina. I think I might have all the bases covered.

Where do you use this coil the most?

I like to use it in the streams for gold. Also good for the trashy parks up here in Indiana. Great depth.
