coil question for bryce

i am looking to buy either a sef coil or a pro coil for my explorer2. i mainly coin hunt around old schools and old homesites. in the sef coils either a 6x8 or 10x12 would do. if you had the choice to choose between the sef or pro coil which way would you go? thank you for your time and happy hunting.
