Coil protectant

I tried this ABS glue for a coil that had cracks along the bottom seam and it looks like it may work and make a nice coil cover.

Ive done the same thing with pvc cement. ..it certainly helps but starts flaking off after a few days of sand hunting... hope it holds up...

One of my 2 coils had some form of epoxy coating but it was broken off in places. I filled the missing areas with Oatey fixit stick coated with the ABS glue. Looks awesome. Did the same thing for worn areas in the coil mounts.
