coil cover or not?

Does the Se Pro coil have a lip around the bottom half of the coil? Mine does but I dont know if my Se Pro has a
coil cover on it or if that lip around it is just the way the coil is made and put together their.
If if has a cover on it I want to pry it off and clean the dirt out but dont want to start prying on it without knowing for
sure.

"Or at least". On any 11" DD coils I have seen it is.

If you can slide a fingernail between the lip and the actual coil, then it is a coil cover. The covers are not so tight that you wouldn't be able to do this. They fit snug but come off fairly easily.
