CO values and Andys book

Big Boys Hobbies

Well-known member
In Andys book he states several times that the CO values are very consistant even at max depth and with varying soil qualities. He said the FE will bounce up or down some with deep coins and bad soil but NOT the CO #'s. They stay locked on. Says the old explorer "bounce" is gone but now it will bounce up and down some but not all over the screen.

Are you guys finding the same results??

Yep! That's been my experience. Just that one bit of information, COs are consistent and don't panic if the FEs bounce a little especially if it's deep, has increased my number of good finds. Jim

I set up a coin program based on Andy's reports, what I did was set the FE values to go down to 27 and up 3 spaces from where the coin usually registers. I also widened the CO 2 spaces to each side of where the coins normally register. Im going to try that and shrink it down if they remain consistant
