This year will be the 4th annual CMD Forum Hunt. The number who have attended has increased each year. I hope you can make it this year. My question to you is would late May be better or early June? It will be in SW MI as the last few years. If you want to mapquest to get an idea for distance type in 49097 that will get you close. Please post two things, if you are interested in coming and what date you like better. May is cooler but great diggin here, and June could be hot and muggy with dry digging conditions.
 
I doubt I'll be able to make it this year, but if I did, May would be better. I like the cooler weather and watching Steve freeze :lol:

is better - maybe even better signals from targets than the dry ground. But if June is hot and dry...well got a new digger coming so hope it works better than the soil knife (aka 3 in 1 tool). A newer design and more solid than the knife I had been using.

And will be sporting a :minelab: if all goes well otherwise the ACE 250 will get a chance to prove itself.

But certainly going to make every effort to see everyone at the CMD hunt in the spring.
 
I was thinking of renting a large cabin up there for a couple of days, that way if anyone wants to stay awhile they can.

Are you getting a new 3 in 1 ? Or are you replacing one?

Never seen one! Looks neat? Check and see if anyone has one. That way you can see if they like it. I can get the 3 in 1 if you need one.
