Clubs

No, not the kind that we should all use on the heads of the food packaging designers who insist on using conductive foils on gum, drinks and snacks etc. I'm talking about metal detector clubs. I friend of mine has invited me to attend a club meeting Sunday and I am tempted to attend primarily to learn tricks etc from others.

Are any of you members of local MD clubs and if so, are they worthwhile investments of time, or would the time be better spent swinging a MD?

Mark, go to a meeting and check it out. You will learn tips, make some friends, and probably learn about some new locations to hunt. (They might even have prizes)

They probably have annual dues. So try it out for a year and if you don't like it you don't have to renew. (Just watch out for the three legged goat).
