Club hunt. Gold and silver.............:)

Nine of our members showed up at our club hunt today. A little nippy this morning, but the sun was out all day and it made for an enjoyable day. Lot's of clad and there were three mercs and a couple of rosie's found and four silver rings. One of the fellows got a 1891 injun and I kept my silver streak going with a 44 merc and a 64 rosie. That makes two mercs and two rosie's in the last two days. Nothing to shout about, but after my third hunt at this place I finally found silver. The gold ring was only 10kt, but gold is gold and it even has three little diamonds in it. Maybe 2007 will be a better year for all of us. HH and a very Happy New Year to all of you.

You definitely can't complain about 10K with 3 Small Diamonds in it. It is a very nice looking Ring if you ask me and I bet it looks great with all your other finds. Hope you find more Silver to keep the streak alive on your next outing. Good Luck and HH Buddy!

Thanks James. My gold collection of jewelery will never compare to Mrchile, but it keeps growing........:) I think I better dig more digital readings that come in at 8. That's what that 10kt ring came in at. Only four silver so far, but the year has just started. HH.

You can still hunt where you are at. Ground is hard as Concrete here now and we also have about 2 Inches or so of Snow on the ground also. So next time you get out Eddie, Dig a few Old Coins for me too! Thanks Eddie, I'd appreciate it and I will even let you keep the Coins you dig for me.:detecting: What are buddies for!:buds: Good Luck and HH to you!:)

I'll do my best James, but with rain all this week I doubt I will get out. If I do, any old coins I find I will give to you all except that seated..........:) I'll find out tomorrow night where our next club hunt is going to be. HH.
