Wow, that's a heck of a price for that 14" coil. I'd love to hear if anybody has compared it to the WOT since they are very similar in size (WOT is 14.25" I think. Don't know if the Excelerator is a true 14"). I wonder if they also are closing out the 12.5" Excelerator for the Sovereign. Anybody gets the 14" or 12.5" I'd love to hear a review.

Makes me wonder why the 14" hasn't sold better. $114, new with a warranty is tempting however.

Yes i would like to hear what any one that has used the 14" excelerator coil has to say about it ............Good or bad might get one my self...

I have been trying one on the Etrac, the eq2, loves iron, pinpoints off centre and am not too happy about the depth for its size, not a patch on the Wot or SEF's, the only thing i think i might be equal to is the 11" pro but not as sensible, although you do get a bit more coverage, things may be different on the sovereign

Check in the Safari / Quattro forum probably your best bet. I might look around over there myself. Maybe not, I have enough blasted detectors now
