Had a chance to do a short hunt after work and the DeLeon almost delivered a once in a lifetime find. I hit a deep silver signal and from about 7" down I pulled a 1916 mercury dime I knew it was a key date but it had no mint mark if it had been a 1916d it would be worth alot of money somewhere in the thousands as it is it is pretty worn and only worth a few dollars but it could have been a very expensive coin it sure got my heart beating faster when I saw it. I also found a handful of clad maybe next time it will be the the real money find.

that is why we do this !!!!

COOL OFF? No way we are just getting warmed up that heart stopper merc. was the third for the year also found a 60 rosie a 35 Washington quarter a 1960 Australian half cent and a 1877 five cent Spanish coin, a sliver pendant with turquoise stone, two silver rings and one gold ring! I am shooting for a ring a week this summer I am ahead of the game so far, if the weather would cooperate I can hit my goal.
