Clip a Rejected Target

This is how I program the Explorer and have a lot of fun with discrimination. I use accept edit to learn and clip on a rejected pulltab or other trash metal indication on the display in edit. This is an example of a pattern I am still playing around with that will kill some pulltabs and still detect gold rings. I first rejected pulltabs and then clipped on the black rejection sqauare in edit and found I could then detect a gold ring but still reject a pulltab. I can hear the difference in the tones. I could never do that before so find this to be of great interest. I mentioned this to the folks at Minelab the last time I talked to them and they were in agreement. I wondered out loud as to how many users take advantage of the learn edit function as I consider this to be of great value. I thought I post this so some other users can peck around on this and see what happens. I have a lot more of these that I have worked on and will post them if they are of value.
I don't use the preset coins but have make my own patterns from hundreds of coins and jewelry. I saved them in the S slots and use my own patters for coins and jewelry.
