Any good tips or homemade solutions? Most of my finds are from the beach and have sand caked on them so hard I cant get it off with a knife, I tried soaking them in water for a few hours but that really doesn't do any good either.
All help is appreciated.
Thanks

Get a coffie mug, put about an inch of peroxide in it, then put it in the microwave for 1:30. then drop you coin in. It might take a few tries, but just take the coin out when the peroxide gets down to room temp. and heat up again. do this as many times as it takes.
