Cleaning Coins - M70?

Have any of you guys tried "M 70 Coin brightener and Cleaner"? I ordered some as it's supposed to work well and not damage coins. If you have tried it can you tell me how it worked on copper and silver in particular (and how you did so). If you haven't tried it what do you do for copper and silver coins that have been in the ground a loooong time and are impossible to clean just by soaking in soapy water? I use vinegar for some silver coins and it does an incredible job but it takes off the patina, don't know if there is another way. Vinegar affects copper too much it seems so I don't do much with them

Thanks
