clean sweap coil

What machine would be best to use with the clean sweap coil on the beach in dry sand only.

I think the Silver Umax does an awesome job in dry sand with the CSC.

It's my understanding that the CSC won't work on the HOT detectors, only the Umax machines. Unless Tesoro has now made a CSC for the HOT machines. But if they have, I'm not aware of it.

Hi Buster and good to meet you, No the clean sweep will not work on the newer detectors like the Tejon, Vaquero, Cibola. They are made for the uMax series of detectors. I have been using one on the Silver uMax on dry West Texas land and seems to work pretty good. I will warn you depth is not it's niche but can cover a lot of real estate and It is good for beach hunting. Ok Buster CU later and God Bless ya.

Any of the Umax models or the Tiger Shark will do just fine. I use my Tiger with a CSC on salt water beaches on both the dry and wet sand plus in the water and it works great but it doesnt have alot of depth 6"-8"
but man can you cover a beach.

Only one minor problem the CSC for the Tigers are getting hard to find. Tesoro quit makeing them and I don't know why makes one hell of a setup. But they are still available but it will take some hunting. If you don't plan on diving with it or wading to deep yhey do make a connector so you could use a regular CSC with it but it's just not water proof.
