Clean rings for a change. :)

A short afternoon hunt at a local beach near our place. It is on an island and between that and the mainland there is a channel (sea) which is popular for windsurfing. Have been there a couple of times before, mainly in the wet sand. This time also tried the dry sand too, actually, more like dirt and stones, so used a shovel. Not many coins around (plenty of trash) but there are sure to be some hotspots so will do more there over winter. The rings came out almost as clean as in the photo, even though they were quite deep and near the sea. The thin one looked like platinum at first - oh well, dreams are free. :)

160 yen in coins (about US$1.30)
