Classic 111 coils

just Purchased a used Classic 111, It came with the Blue Max 9" Coil and also a "Blue Max 600 Deepscan Coil" . I don't seem to be able to find much info on the 600 Deepscan coil. Anyone have any info on this coil ie: Primary use?? Is it ok with the Classic 111 SL
Also anyone know any links to info on the coil Thanks

Hi the small coil is for trashie area(lots pulltabs etc) it will not mask the good stuff like the 9.5 coil will.I would use the 9.5 in clean open areas.
You can go to the the Whites detector site to find coils for your Classic 3.

stock 950 as well as Blue Max 600 coil, you're set for just about any hunting application.
The Blue Max 600 is a 6

Thanks for all the help, I was out with my DFX when some guy came up and asked us if we were interested in a Classic lll. So anyhow I Purchased it with the Bluemax 950 and the Bluemax 600 for $100. It looks and works like it is brand new. My wife tryed it on the beach today. (Not much out there yet in Maine) Nice and lite. Im very happy, i think i got a great deal
