Well it has been a while since the last time I posted, I didn't get out much this summer. Yesterday I went out for a few hours & ended up with $9.00 in clad one 46 wheat & my 7th gold ring for the year. The ring is a girls class ring ( class of 2011) It is from a local high school & I will try to return it today. Other than the gold rings I have found this year it has been very slow here for Mding. I will post a pic later.

Good to hear from you bula. I'm glad the gold rings were getting you by this summer. Good luck on the ring return.

Nice to see you again Bula. Congrats on the class ring and I wish you luck with returning it. I would love to see the face of the owner when you pull it out of your pocket. Priceless, I'm sure. Welcome back and nice amount of clad too. Hope all is well. HH, Nancy

Well I went to the school today but didn't get to talk to the owner of the ring, all the students were in assembly. The school resource officer knew who the owner was so I gave it to him to return to her. He said that they had only had their rings for less than a month so I am sure she will be happy to get it back.

The bad news is that it is starting to snow & my good truck blew a rear end today so I'll have to take the old dodge if it piles up tonight. Just thought I would remind all of you that winter is here. HH to all & I hope you all do good.

That's a shame that you couldn't hand it to her yourself. I would definitely follow up on it to make sure she got it back. I would hope she would contact you to give a "thanks". As for the snow, you can keep it. You don't want to live in IL. The weather stinks here at times too. One day raining, the next a blizzard. You never know anymore. Sorry about the truck. Be thankful you have another back-up. Stay warm! Nancy
