Clammy fingers, dog poop on my knees......

And only one IH to show for my efforts. But it is end of December in Southern Wisconsin, so any detecting is a blessing. Just not necessarily that much fun.

We had a freeze up back in November, I thought my last coin of the year was going to be a no date LC that I need to post a picture of. I've never found an LC that I couldn't get a date on. This one is not corroded at all, just worn.

Might be able to get out tomorrow again before the ground refreezes, perhaps it will harden up the doggie doo.

The park I was hunting today is also full of dog crap. Can't take more than a couple steps without having to dodge the piles. I would love to say something to the idiots who use the park as a toilet for their dogs but I don't want to have a gun pulled on me if you know what I mean !!! One guy has four pit bulls he just lets run wild a couple times a day. When I did see one person pick up after their dog last week, I almost walked over to thank them.
