Clad Finds

We got out and hunted a playground while camping at Jubilee State Park. Most of the small cents were on top of the newer wood chips and the larger coins were deep into the old chips. I found a Presidential dollar coin too! :clapping: In all I found a whopping $2.71. It all adds up in the end! HH, Nancy

For anyone who hasn't been out there before, there are 2 playgrounds at Jubilee, one near the small picnic areas where we had a couple fall hunts and one in the big camper parking area. Old Ken and I have done pretty well hunting the tent camping area, as far as clad coins are concerned. Just stay away from the fire pits or you'll dig about half a hundred pieces of melted soda and beer cans.

There are many who have not found a dollar coin even in clad, nice find.

I would CLADly take those finds. I'm having major withdraws not getting out. :surrender:

 Good one too. Guess this dry weather is bringing out the "dry" humor. HH, Nancy
